A search conducted through Diversia Global will start off quite like a normal initial touch point with an Executive Search firm. We will need to know what you need, where, why, key objectives of the role, remuneration, career path etc. So far so good.
We will probably tell you that we will be back in touch with interested, relevant, interviewed, and interesting profiles before the end of the same week but probably even quicker than that. Big Data. Networks of potentially excellent candidates off-radar. Heavily weighted towards diversity candidates.
Your feedback and definitions will enable us to further cut the data if the initial candidates have not been ideal – the second round of candidates will be. We will amend the algorithms to reflect the exact feedback given. Reliance on technology enables us to out-perform traditional search firms in terms of speed of delivery but with diversity lead candidate slates.
The major mistake is to think of us as an executive search company. We are a technology company that does executive search better, faster, and more competitively than the traditional industry heavyweights.
